I really enjoyed this book. I am in no way a football fan. The only times I enjoy the game is when I'm watching live, preferably when a family member is playing. That said, I was fascinated with Michael Lewis's explanation of why the left tackle became so important and how that influenced the life of Michael Oher. The details of Oher's life with the Tuohys are interspersed with football facts and history that explain the development of the left tackle's importance. I enjoyed it all.
